Selecting the Right Frame Size for You To assist in frame selection we have included a diagram and table below. This is a general table for selection of frame size for 26" wheel bikes. Take your measurement from crotch to ground (no shoes or flat heels), then subtract 1". Go to tables and select next frame size down. For example if your crotch measurement is 24", you need a frame size at (or smaller than) 23". So from the table you would need a 22" Road Bike Frame or 23" Mountain or Hybrid Frame. With that size in hand select a bike from the left column.
